Our philosophy and approach follows us from the classroom onto the road. Beacon Day School provides our students with safe transportation from home to school and back again. Assigned drivers are designated to drive Beacon students to their destination provided on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) while respecting all California transportation laws. Our trained behavior interventionists that assist the students in our classrooms carry over their skills onto the road in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the students. Team members assist in the classroom and during transport in order to provide consistency and communication from school to home.
